The 2026 WVNOA annual training conference will be held at the Fairfield Marriott at the Highlands near Wheeling, WV from September 22nd-24th. Topics covered will be added soon. This networking event is attended by law enforcement officers and attorneys with an emphasis on narcotics related training. There will be food trucks and a WVNOA hoodie is included with attendance.
